The Campbell Union High School District's strategic planning
process involved teachers, administrators and other school employees,
students, parents, representatives from each of our partner elementary
districts, and members of the local business community. Its charge
was to develop a plan to focus district personnel and resources
in such a way as to provide the most for our students in terms of
safety, quality of education and breadth of experience.

Mission Statement
CUHSD seeks to provide a challenging learning environment enabling students to exceed
standards and expectations and to assume adult roles as positive, contributing citizens
in a dynamic global society.

- Use technology in a variety of ways
- Solve problems & make decisions in a variety of ways
- Set goals and communicate & collaborate effectively

- Not implement a program inconsistent with the plan & without training & evaluation components

Vision
Believing that the quality of instruction is facilitated by what teachers teach and authenticated by
what students learn, learning in the CUHSD will be established through:
- A rigorous, integrated curriculum with real-world experiences
- Collaboration among teachers/staff, students, parents and others
- An inclusive environment where all have access to learning
- An environment that is both physically and emotionally safe
- Support programs for students and staff to enhance growth
- Co-curricular activities to help motivate and to encourage development
