1 YR=1 UNIT: 15 Units required (7 in Junior year and Senior year);
"B" or better grades are very important for admission.
G.P.A. Requirements
3.0"a-g" GPA (or higher)=eligible for admission regardless of test
scores; 2.99"a-g" GPA (or lower)=ineligible. (Only 2 semesters
of the "g" courses in grades 10-12 will be used in the "a-g" GPA

Exam Requirements
All required courses must be completed with grades of "C"
or higher "B" strongly recommended.
G.P.A. Requirements
3.0 GPA (or higher)=eligible for admission regardless of test scores;
GPA below 2.0=ineligible. GPA includes all college preparatory classes
(except PE) taken in grades 10-12
Both the UC and CSU systems assign extra points
for up to four one-year courses of certified honors-level and AP
courses taken in the last three years of high school: A=5 points;
B=4; C=3; D grades are not included in these calculations and receive
one point only. No more than two units of certified honors-level
courses taken in grade 10 may be assigned extra points. The courses
must be in the "a-g" subjects of history, English, advanced
mathematics, laboratory science, language other than English, and
visual and performing arts. They must be certified at your high
school as honors, Advanced Placement.
