This Master Plan Sheet includes projects for the Long Term Facility Improvement Program (LTFIP). These projects were enabled by Passage of Measure C and by funding from the State via SB50, Prop 47 and Prop. 55. Additional resources are provided from local Developer Fees and Deferred Maintenance Grants from the State.

This Plan generally does not include projects intended to occur after completion of the Bond Program. Some projects may occur after completion of the bond program based on availability of peripheral funding resources.

This Plan does not include regular maintenance projects.

Project Scope indicated on this Plan is general and represents only the most prominent project features.

All project components reflect the original goals of the LTFIP and prior Facilities Inventories prepared by the District. Preliminary Design has been completed on most LTFIP Projects to the extent that general components, budgets and goals have been identified and synthesized into a working Conceptual Design.

Many future project features are based on District Standards developed prior to passage of Measure C and in response to the input and participation of the Planning Review Committees during the first half of the LTFIP.

Most Project requirements of future projects represent repetition of previous projects in similar spaces. Most Modernization methods, products and systems have already been established in previous projects.
