  Regular Board
of Trustees
Updates

Each month the District Program Manager presents an update to the CUHSD Board of Trustees. This update includes the following:

  • Review of program Management Issues including budget, schedule and project status.
  • Review of progress specific selected projects
  • Presentation of design components of selected projects.
  • Review of Program and Project methods
    •

Additionally the Program manager answers questions from the Board and from the Public.



Presentations:

Oct – May: Regular Board Meeting on first Thursday of the month. 5:30 pm.

Jun – Aug: Regular Board Meeting on third Thursday of each month, 5:30 pm.

Sep: No presentation.

Presentations are occasionally cancelled for scheduling or agenda reasons.
  District Site Advisory
Committee
 The District Program Manager is available at regular Site Advisory Committee Meetings on a quarterly basis to provide overview of the Program and answer questions of the members.

  Scheduled Meetings and agendas are available from Site staff.
  Site
Presentations

Periodically the District and the Program Manager will present updates to Site groups at their regular meetings. These groups include:

  • Home and School Clubs
  • PTA
  • Selected “booster” groups
    •
  For information about scheduled presentations, please refer to your School’s publications and agendas at the Main Office.

For information about scheduling a presentation, please contact your Group President or School Principal. They will forward requests to the District.
  Periodic
Meetings		 The Program Manager is periodically scheduled to present updates and respond to questions at numerous other meetings on an irregular basis. Meetings include:

  • District Parent Advisory Meetings
  • Regular District Principal Meetings

  Inquiries

      
  Direct Inquiries Direct Inquiries can be made by e-mail. Depending on the amount of inquiries made, the District and Program Manager will try to respond to any inquiries.

There are many interested individuals that make up the CUHSD Community. Due to obvious time constraints, District Staff and Program Management Staff may not be able to discuss the details of projects or programs at length with numerous individuals. If an issue shares a broad interest, we will try to respond through a broader medium, such as Board Updates and other printed publications.

Additionally, the District and Program Manager canno trespond to requests for additional project scope without review by the Superintendent or her staff.

We will make every effort to share as much information as possible. Whenever a number of people ask the same question we will try to respond in a broader format, either at Board meetings or through Program publications.
