Vocational education programs instruct,
guide, and support students and adults as they progress toward and
embark on a working life.
Programs for All Students
- Central
County Occupational Center/Program (CCOC/P)
The CCOC/P offers classes free to high school students and, at
very low cost, to adults who live in the CUHSD boundaries. Classes
are accredited through WASC (Western Association of Schools and
Colleges) and automotive programs are ASE-certified. Training
is offered in more than 50 specialty areas from 12 major career
occupations.
- Work Experience
Students earn academic credit in classes that combine classroom
instruction with work experience.
Programs for Individuals with Disabilities
- Workability (For high school students in special
education)
This program provides comprehensive pre-employment training, employment
placement, and follow-up consultations for individuals making
the transition to independent living.

DOR offers services for individuals with disabilities who
want to lead active, independent lives. DOR’s Direct

- TransAccess
TransAccess provides persons with disabilities access to adaptive
technology and transition services so that they can achieve
their desired education and employment goals to improve their
quality of life.
