From the AirPort menu, select Open Network Preferences...

Select the Airport connection from the left hand menu and choose the Advanced... button

Select the 802.1X tab and change the Domain option to User.

Use the + button to create a new connection and give it a suitable name (ie. CUHSD Wireless)

Enter your network username and password.

Choose staff for teachers or student for students under the Wireless Network option

Select the PEAP option under Authentication (ensure all other options are unchecked) then click on OK.

During the first connection you should see a popup window that asks you to verify the University certificate.

Select Show Certificate

Tick Always trust "cuhsd-prime" and Continue.

You may then be prompted to verify the change by entering the password for the admin account on you machine.

You can then check you are connected to the distrct network by ensuring the status on the AirPort page reads Authenticated via PEAP (Inner Protocol: MSCHAPv2)
