Scope: Summary Project List

The following is an overview of potential projects at each site.
 
Projects identified here include health, safety, and life cycle improvements; new construction for enrollment growth; support for the District’s congested and growing educational programs, Athletic Facilities and other exterior facilities; technology, energy efficiency and classroom modernizations and beautification of the campuses. The following summary is not all inclusive.
 
Refer to the entire master plan for projects not necessarily listed here. Items listed here can be prioritized by the School District over the course of an ongoing facilities improvement program. Items on this list have been identified for inclusion in the Master Plan. Completion of these projects will depend upon available economic resources, actual enrollment in the school district, evolving pedagogy and related priorities.
 
All District Sites
 
Modernization of classrooms, administrative offices and other support facilities. Addition of Air Conditioning systems and upgrades to existing Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Maintenance of facilities, including Roofing, Painting, Paving. Replacement of underground utilities throughout, Fire suppression system upgrades, renovation of all landscaped and other site areas including, fencing, traffic/parking control, plantings, irrigation systems, traffic control, campus quad and courtyard renovations. Energy conservation projects including building envelope improvement, water conservation measures, solar power generation.
 
Camden Community Day School
 
If Camden remains open or is repurposed for a new use, the facility will require Renovation, reconstruction or replacement at a new location. Currently the district may close the Camden site to be repurposed for other uses.
 
 
District Wide Components
 
This includes Energy Management, Communication systems, Security and access system upgrades. Modernization of District Administration facilities, including HVAC energy efficiency upgrades.
