Interested in Down Payment Assistance to Buy a Home? CUHSD is always on the lookout for innovative ways to help staff members find housing in this expensive region. One of these solutions is a down payment assistance fund for staff. The benefit, managed by local Bay Area company Landed (landed.com), provides half of a staff members down payment up to $120,000. To be eligible for the benefit, participants must be at least 0.5 FTE and be a permanent employee of the district.
