The CUHSD Community is giving back this holiday season. Westmont and Branham High Schools kicked off the season of giving with the Winter Wishes tradition. Each year, students submit wishes they hope their school’s Associated Student Body (ASB) will grant during the Winter Wishes rally.
These wishes, which were picked by a committee comprised of students, teachers, and administrative members, were chosen in hopes of supporting members of the school community and to make a positive impact on campus. Some of the wishes granted included gifts cards and checks donated to students and families in need of financial support.
The event has grown since it first began nine years ago and is featured every year in NBC Bay Area’s “Bay Area Proud” series.
