NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Education Code section 17556, et seq., the Board of Trustees (“Board”) of the Campbell Union High School District (“District”) has adopted a Resolution of Intention to dedicate and convey three (3) public utility easements to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“PG&E”) for right of way purposes, so PG&E can construct, reconstruct, install, inspect, maintain, remove, use and operate the right of way (including ingress and egress thereto) for electric utility and communication purposes, in, on, over, under and across 10-foot wide portions of (i) the District Office property, located at 3235 Union Avenue, San Jose, CA (APN 414-25-001), (ii) the former Blackford High School property, located at 3800 Blackford Avenue, San Jose, CA (APN 299-33-007), and (ii) the Westmont High School property, located at 4805 Westmont Avenue, Campbell, CA (APN 403-11-004) (“Easements”). A copy of the Board’s Resolution of Intention and the proposed Easements are posted at each of the above-listed sites.
A public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Board on February 6, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Board Room located at 3235 Union Avenue, San Jose, CA, on the question of making the dedication and conveyance of the Easements. Any interested person may be heard on the matter at the public hearing. At the time and place of the hearing, if no legal protest is entered, the Board may adopt a resolution by a two-thirds vote of its members authorizing and directing the execution of easement deeds conveying the Easements to PG&E.
