The Board of Trustees recognized Branham High School's Girl's Volleyball Team for winning the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) - Central Coast Section (CCS) Division I championship title. The Branham Bruins went undefeated in the Mt. Hamilton Blossom Valley Athletic League (10-0) securing their spot in the CCS Division I playoffs and earning the championship title. With their title, the team also qualified for and participated in the CIF State Championship.
With this win, the Branham Girls Volleyball team has now won Back to Back CCS Championships - in both 2021 & 2022; the first Back to Back CCS Championships in Branham history. Branham has won 11 CCS Championships since Branham opened in 1967 and the Girls Volleyball is the only program to win back to back CCS Titles.
