The Parent Portal and Student Portal use the same login page but separate accounts.
Parents: Use the email on file with the school (listed on your July district letter).
Students: Use your CUHSD Gmail and password.

Annual Data Confirmation

Required for all families: Log in to the Aeries Parent Portal to update emergency contacts, authorize documents, and confirm student living conditions.

  1. Login: Go to the Aeries Parent Portal.
    Important: You must use Google Chrome.
    Tip: To view the site in Spanish, click the "English" dropdown at the top right before logging in.
  2. Enter your email address in the "Email" box and click "Next". Your login email is listed on the letter you received from the District in late July. Aeries login page showing email field
  3. After logging in, select "Click Here" from the yellow banner at the top of the page. Yellow banner that says You have not yet completed the Student Data Confirmation Process
  4. You will answer a series of questions using the left-hand menu. After completing each section, click "Confirm and Continue" to move to the next tab. Left hand menu showing tabs like Family Information, Student, Contacts
  5. Family Information: Verify student living conditions. Check the boxes that apply to you. Click "Confirm and Continue" when done.
  6. Student: Verify your student's information. Click "Change" to fix incorrect info, then "Save," and finally "Confirm and Continue."
  7. Contacts (Crucial Step): Verify all contact info.
    • Select "Yes" for "Lives with Student?" for each parent/guardian.
    • Please list contacts including the student's dentist and doctor.
    • Pro Tip: Please use the "Employer" field to type the medical office/doctor's name.

  8. Income Survey: Complete the survey and click "Confirm and Continue."
  9. Documents: Review the Parent/Student Handbook and other items. You do not need to print these.
  10. Authorizations: Select "Yes" or "No" for each authorization question.
  11. Final Data Confirmation: Click "Finish and Submit" and then "Submit Final Confirmation."
  12. The process is complete! You may now access the portal normally. If you need to make updates later, log in and go to Student Info → Data Confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get an account?

Accounts are created automatically when the district has a valid email on file. If you haven't received a welcome email, please contact your school office.

My email is red and I can't update it.

To change the email address used for login, you must log in and go to Options (top right) → Change Email.

How do I add another student?

If a sibling isn't appearing, your email address may not be linked to their record. Contact the school office to verify your email is listed on their emergency contact card.
