Facilities, Bond, and Construction Department

Delivering safe, sustainable, and innovative learning environments across Campbell Union High School District.

Vision & Mission

The Campbell Union High School District’s Facilities, Bond, and Construction Department is dedicated to providing safe, modern, and innovative learning environments that support the academic and personal growth of every student. Our vision is to enhance every CUHSD campus through thoughtful planning, responsible stewardship of public funds, and strong collaboration with our school communities.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality facilities projects that embody CUHSD’s commitment to excellence, equity, and sustainability. Through the District’s bond programs—Measure AA (2016) and Measure P (2024)—we continue to invest in classrooms and infrastructure improvements that ensure our campuses remain vibrant, welcoming, and prepared to meet the needs of future generations.

Our Role

The Facilities, Bond, and Construction Department oversees all aspects of facilities planning, design, construction, and modernization throughout the District. Our team is responsible for managing capital improvement projects, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Commitment to Transparency

We are deeply committed to transparent communication and community engagement throughout every phase of planning and construction. The District regularly shares updates, schedules, and project milestones to keep stakeholders informed and involved as we build and maintain the facilities where CUHSD students learn, grow, and thrive.
