C.U.H.S.D. and C.H.S.T.A. Proposals for 2021-2022 School Year

CHSTA and CUHSD are currently in the final year of a three-year agreement and are negotiating the following articles for reopener negotiations for the 2021-2022 school year. 
Article 14 - Hours and Work Year
Article 18/28 - Compensation
The parties engaged in two sessions of Pre-Impasse Mediation. These sessions did not lead to an agreement and the parties have agreed to jointly request a declaration of impasse from the Public Employee Relations Board (PERB).
