CUHSD Photo/Video Policy & Opt-Out Form

 

At Campbell Union High School District we use photographs and video footage of students in district produced materials including but not limited to social media, web sites, community newsletters, community information pamphlets, posters, and other informational materials. The photos and videos of students add significant value to the creation of a positive school culture and help exhibit to our community the great qualities of our student body.

 

It is the district's desire to share the achievements and recognition earned by students with the broader community. This effort can be aided by the use of photos or video footage showing students involved in classroom and school-related activities. Parents and guardians may request photographs and video footage of students not be used by the District by completing the attached form and returning it to the school site Registrar. This needs to be renewed each school year.
