Transcript Request

Campbell Union High School District partners with Parchment to provide a secure, confidential eTranscript service. Available 24/7, students and alumni can request transcripts online and designate the recipient.
 
Please note copies of diplomas can not be generated. Apply for a student transcript to view graduation status.
 
COSTS
  • Current Students:  During the school year students can reach out to their counselors to receive official transcripts during the school year at no cost.
    • Summer:  Apply through Parchment (fees apply) or you can pick up in person (no fee) at the CUHSD office by showing a valid picture ID.
  • Alumni: When ordering through Parchment there will be a $4.40 charge per transcript. Recent graduates are considered alumni after the next school year starts (August).  
  • Mailing: Additional $2.75 charge if requesting a hard copy of your transcript.

DELIVERY TIME
Transcripts are mailed within 5 working days of the request.
 
TYPES OF TRANSCRIPTS
  • Official: Sealed for colleges/employers.
  • Unofficial: For personal use.
 
STEPS TO REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT VIA PARCHMENT 
  1. Click on the appropriate school link below to begin
  2. Sign Up: Create a username and password on Parchment.
  3. Request: Select the recipient (college, university, or organization).
  4. Notifications: Receive updates and track the status of your request.
 
CHANGE REQUEST PROCESS
To update your transcript information:
  1. Contact: Email [email protected] or call 408-371-0960.
  2. Include in Request:
    1. Information to be updated.
    2. Specific records to be updated.
    3. Your email or mailing address for the updated records.
    4. Identification document with updated information.
*State Law allows a school district to release records to the adult student or upon a specific release signed by the adult student. Campbell Union High School District requires current identification for the release of records (a copy of a driver’s license is sufficient identification).
 
*California Law AB 711 allows former students to update name and gender information on all official school records.  If a current student and under 18, the parent/guardian must request the change.  Alumni/students who  are 18 or older can issue the request themselves.

Government-issued documentation can include a state-issued driver’s license or identification card, birth certificate, passport, Social Security card, court order or other government-issued documentation demonstrating that the former student’s legal name and/or gender has changed.
